The Rustic House
The brief for this project was focused on space and material functionality. The concept evolved into a rustic, stripped back design, where the function guided the build and the materials were highlighted naturally.
Designing within space constraints, a lot of the areas are multifunctional and have multiple living spaces ensconced in one. The abundance of natural light and ventilation also work into the overall design concept of the space.
