THE GREY OFFICE

The challenge in this build was to fit in a mid size office into a small space, while maintaining the ideals of an open office that encourages interaction and working together. This was achieved by creating a mirrored design based around the central spine, thus facilitating a connection between both sides. The other functions and details were then developed around this central idea.

To cut costs, the support structure of the design components were completely fabricated and installed with mild steel. The services were exposed, but laid out with precision to support the grey, industrial aesthetic of the space.
